Am I at risk?

The area within five feet of your home should be cleared so flying embers can’t start spot fires near your foundation. Plants and other combustible materials, such as mulch and wood piles, increase the risk of ignition. Move plants at least five feet away from your home and replace mulch with noncombustible material like pea gravel.
